Hello,

    I work in a residental group home with a 55 year old moderately
retarded Puerto Rican who is also diagnosed with Organic Personally
Syndrome.  He was diagnosed with Celiac Sprue about a year and a half
ago.  Is there information on how deeply is the corralation between
G.I. (Gluten Intolerance) and behavior problems?

    I am also very interested in recipes.
