i am looking for other Celiacs who have been diagnosed as having
Refractory Sprue.

This is a condition where the degree of inflammation affects the entire
small intestine.

I dropped 30 lbs after a third operation to remove scar tissue from
two previous bowel blockage operations
in 1994 and 1996.

I was lymphoma free but the operation kicked off this condition.

I am now eating a wide variety of foods without gaining weight. I was
on TPN and it
got me to 120 lbs I still can't eat oils and fructose to any degree
and have dropped to
105 lbs.

Aim of this is to find any info as to how others have advanced their
nutrition.

I have a good appetite and have leveled at 105 but need suggestions how
to gain weight.

Hal De Bruyn in Boston.
