Hi Kathy,
Sounds  as if you have your hands full.  Your family must be thankful that 
you are there to take care of them.  Thank God you still have the energy to 
do it.  May He bless and strengthen you and help Greg to make it through the 
work and the sermon prep and service tomorrow.
