I guess I slept better.  I've been waking up around 3:30 or 4 having to go
to the bathroom like right now sort of thing.  I take my blood pressure meds
first thing in the morning so they have supposedly diminished by night.  It
has just been the stress of late, I think, causing it.  I was able to go
back to sleep this time for a couple of hours before getting up.  Plus my
cold hasn't been helping me out the last couple of weeks either.
