In the June 2006 issue of Reader's Digest (page 138), there is an
interesting article entitled "When Food Turns Fatal." Although most of the
article is about severe food allergies, celiac disease is mentioned in a box
called "Allergy or Intolerance." Dr. Peter Green and his new book "A Hidden
Epidemic" is mentioned. The article also mentions Carol Fenster, author of
"Cooking Free," in connection with finding replacement ingredients. More
media attention!
