I just received my August issue of Good Housekeeping.  The health section has 
an article entitled, "The Simple Foods That Made Her Sick," about Alice Bast, 
who has celiac disease and started the National Foundation for Celiac 
Awareness. The article begins on page 60. Thanks to Alice for sharing her 
story.  The foundation's website is celiaccentral.org.
