There is a new restaurant just outside of Albany, New York, called The Highlands. The chefs are aware of the needs of celiacs and are willing to prepare just about any entrée gluten-free. You just need to tell your waitperson when you arrive you need a gluten-free meal. There is a flourless Chocolate Cherry Torte that is heavenly. We had a retirement dinner there and everyone just raved about the food. It's on the web at www.highlandsrestaurant.com<http://www.highlandsrestaurant.com/>.

I have no financial interest in this, just wanted everyone to know about it.

Beverly
