I know there have been several messages over the years about GF  
places to eat in San Francisco. But I am hoping some native San  
Franciscans living with CD can let me know where they eat in the city  
and the Bay area in general.

I will be flying to SFO June 17 and will be staying with a friend in  
the Marina area. He says there is a Whole Foods nearby and I plan to  
make a lot of meals at his place while I'm there for a week. However,  
when we are all out and about in the city, I need some restaurant  
names that can accommodate the gluten-free diet.  Maybe some sushi or  
Thai places, a steakhouse, or a salad place?  I heard Outback is in  
Sausalito, so I will try to drive there when we get a rental car mid- 
week.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!  I will summarize, and report  
back after the trip.
