Sounds like a perfect plan.  I use coconut oil
regulary, and start my morning with a raw egg drink
with coconut oil.  

Also this is very much what they will recommend on the
candida support group.  Have you joined yet? I can't
recommend this group enough.. I've learned so much
there.

Yes, I learned about this site and fermented foods
from the candida support group.  They follow that
advice to a good extent.
