Hello,

I am planning a trip to Budapest and Prague towards the end of July to attend 
a conference.  Would really welcome any suggestions about coping with the 
Celiac issue in these cities---and another other wisdom you might have about 
visiting there.  (I checked out a guidebook and couldn't help but notice that all 
the culinary specialities of  Budapest are out!  That is a bit 
disappointing--but my real concern is not getting sick)
