The final cost for this event is $10 per person before the event and $15
at the door. You may pay by check or credit card to the number listed
below. We are presently working on being able to offer CPEU's, for this
event, to dieticians and other medical personnel (watch the website

The Anne Arundel Medical Center has agreed to accept all of the
registrations for this event presented by Shelley Case, to be held on
Saturday, October 7 from 12:00p - 3:30p. The number to call is AskAAMC,
443 481-4000. You should also be able to register online at
www.askAAMC.org (under the Wellness and Classes tab) after Wednesday,

This event is being sponsored by the Anne Arundel County Celiac Support
Group, the R.O.C.K. support group, Anne Arundel Medical Wellness Center,
Whole Foods in Annapolis & the Center for Celiac Research in Baltimore.
Shelley's latest book will be available for purchase through the Center
for Celiac Research at the cost of $25 (the profits, from the sale of the
books, benefit the Celiac Center and ultimately all of us with
celiac/gluten-intolerance) and Shelley will have a book signing at the
event.
There is a limited number of seating so please sign up early!
