Hellow fellow list mates.  Does anyone have recommendations for 
restaurants in the Spokane, Washington area that are Celiac Friendly?  I 
have been to the Outback restaurants, but would like to know of any 
alternatives.

I will be going there on business during March and April, so grocery 
stores with good resources would be helpful as well.
