Cooking on the Ruby Range offers a 6 month correspondence cooking school.  Cost $125.00

Lessons include ingredient information, how ingredients work in baking, what to bake and cook, how to cook it, tips for best results, and nutritional information.  Gluten-free baking has some special needs that are aided with an understanding of how ingredients work.  Celiacs have a huge need to understand nutrition and eat healthy food to prevent other autoimmune diseases.

Each lesson includes 1 or more ingredient to use in your concoctions.
