...just a reminder to those in the guai group who may not be familiar
with my saga...after a DMPS challenge that showed high mercury levels in
a post-challenge 24 hour urine, I had my 6 amalgams removed and replaced
with non-metal(mercury interferes with thyroid conversion of T4 to
T3)...and 6 weeks ago I had my one root canal extracted and the
cavitation cleaned...I just got the result that analysis of that tooth
showed toxins from infection interfering with enzymes...specifically,
one finding is that ATP is being bound to creatine kinase....so, your
dental work can cause metabolic problems...I'm planning to show the lab
data to Dr. St. Amand, who treated me with guai at 2400 mg a day for
about a year...unlike some of his patients, I never had a good day
during that time...however, I already had autoimmune thyroiditis that
had been diagnosed in 1988...so, perhaps the thyroid isssue is more of a
factor for me than some of his patients....Idelle Port
