Hi.   There've been a couple of references to some sort of muscle test
(and at least this one doesn't involve drawing blood!) that I just don't
get yet:

...> I stood up & held one arm bent & on my stomach - the other arm
raised

 OK, I can't seem to shake my curiosity about this one...  Erin and
Javilk and Cindy anybody else who's had experience with this:  say
what?!?!  You hold a bottle of pills in one hand against your stomach
and by doing that the strength in your body somehow changes and it's
determined by that whether you're therefore allergic to what's inside
the bottle???   The website referenced in one of those posts gave an
excellent description and list of questions to consider, but what I
still can't make any sense out of this...  PLEASE teach me more about
your experiences with this...  (I've got my own share of unexplainable
experiences and I'm open minded about most things - but this just makes
NO sense to me and I want to learn!)    Thanks - Jan Pritchard
