Some questions:

How much Levoxyl?  (If the initial dose is high, it might feel like a shock
to your system.)
Were your cortisol levels monitored, too?
Were your blood sugar levels monitored?

Do you have allergies?
Did you call your doctor back to notify him/her of your new symptoms?

If TSH is the only test that was done and the doctor does not pay attention
to your actual condition or to the PDR recommendations before giving you
thyroid hormone replacement, it might be time to find another doctor.
