Dear Pat,
In my bible reading today, I came across a couple of verses that I 
thought would be encouraging to you in your situation with your X renters.

"The sins of some are obvious, reaching the place of judgment ahead of them;
the sins of others trail behind them.
In the same way, good deeds are obvious, and even those that are not 
cannot be hidden.
1 Timothy 5:24-25


The Lord knows, Pat,  and He sees.  Did you read the Purpose Driven 
Life devotional yesterday about the two time zones?  Just be patient 
and wait for Him.  He will restore what the locust has eaten.
