Right now we're going through a faith based organization that believes that 
if the church was doing its' job there would be a much smaller number of 
children remaining in the foster system; maybe none.  You still end up going 
through counties but they help you through a lot quicker.  We'll see how it 
goes on Tuesday unless we get disqualified from the get-go.
