Vicki,
Praying you heal up fast here. I was going to try this, and you might try
it. They have now a... sounds gross and weird... but they have a nasal
flush. It does wonders to keep folks from getting sick so thoughts are
perhaps it will shorten illness. Of course to do the nasal flush, one needs
to be able to breathe through same lol. Which is why I didn't but if you
still can, you might try it. Check the drug store for them or get some sea
salt and pour a couple three tablespoons in a large bowl of warm water, as
warm as you can stand, stick your face in the bowl, lightly breathe in
through the blow holes hahaha and then out, bringing the sea salt water in
to flush, and also prior to that do a eye flush. Stick your face in the
bowl, open the peeps and blink and roll 'em around as you can manage.
Granted if you got prosthetics that might be a little hard to do lol. But
you get the drift. It is meant to be very good for you to do daily. Most
illnesses, colds and etc. actually come through your eyes and not through
breathing it in they say. Such things as rubbing eyes when tired after just
touching something with the germ on it. I think I'll get back in the habit
of flushing.
