They are nice.  Sometimes schools that teach it are looking for prospects to 
practice on.  Their rates are much less too.  Don't know if you'd have one 
of those schools near you.  Haven't tried it myself.  The first one I had 
was as a result of needing therapy after a car accident.  I probably 
wouldn't have tried it otherwise.
