No they didn't have any idea. She had a urinary track blockage. I suppose
her taking diaretics, which increases the volume of output, accelerated any
complications of a blockage. He is actually doing pretty well. I talked to
him this evening. He said he got a good night's rest although woke up with
the alarm his wife had set before they left on their trip so they'd get up
early. He said he laughed out loud saying "Kathy! You're still controling
my life!" It is good he can laugh at such a time. He said he does
fine for a while and then it is very hard. That's natural I guess but over
all he has much support and is a strong guy that way. Thanks for all
y'all's prayers.
