Pat,
I have not written but I have been praying for you and Vernon and your 
dilemma.  I own a rental property once and I had the same problem.  You have 
to take action and they are the offenders and the law breakers, not you. 
You are doing the right and legaly thing to do.  I pray it goes well and 
without incident.
