Jammeh honoured by Australia-Asia Institute

President Yahya Jammeh has been conferred with the honourary fellowship of
the Australian-Asia Institute of Civil leadership, in recognition of his
outstanding achievements and international standing in leadership.
In presenting the certificate signifying the award, the chairman of the
Institute of Civil Leadership, Mr J Nixon JP, said: “The illustrious example
of positive and effective leadership provided by President Jammeh is
representing a powerful example to those engaged in leadership roles in all
levels and spheres of society.” Mr Nixon stated that the the institute had
every confidence that president Jammeh would continue to promote
development, integrity and peace both in The Gambia and throughout the
World.
In accepting the award with a deep sense of humility, President Jammeh
conveyed a message of gratitude to the chairman of the Australian-Asia
Institute of Civil Leadership.
