Hi everyone
afew months ago, I posted to the list asking if people were feeling
sick even though they KNOW they had not eaten gluten.
I got many responses and suggestions which I am truly thankful for.
At the urgent suggesting of so many of you, I got allergy tested, not skin
pricks but a blood test.
the results are that I am allergic to egg yolks, egg whites, cashews and to
a lesser extent soy.
SO, I cut out those gluten-free products that still contain eggs, stopped
drinking soymilk and switched to rice milk for breakfast and the news is
very good: I was having real problems with fatigue, getting fatigued and
feeling awful at least once every 2 or 3 weeks. Its been a whole month
since i cut out the eggs and soy, and its great! I havent been sick in a
whole month!!!
thankyou to everyone on this list- im so thankful to have you.
p.s. today is the 2 year anniversary of the first day I got sick with
celiac. to the newbies, stay hopeful, it may take a while to get all your
stuff figured out!
sincerely
