Hey, all. My friend has a Gateway laptop, I dont know the specs, but I can get them if need be. When the laptop starts up, it goes to the Safe Mode/Last Known Good Configuration/Start Windows Normally screen. It doesnt seem to matter what option is chosen, the computer freezes and won't go anywhere from that screen. I can get into the BIOS, but I dont really know much in BIOS past setting the boot device. Any suggestions? Thanks a million!
