Don't eat too much tuna.  All tuna has mercury contamination because it is
at the top of its food chain (below us, of course).  I think you should not
eat more than 1 can of tuna per week, to be safe.  Find some other fish,  
smaller
and lower on the food chain, to make up the difference.

You have an objection to eating chicken?
