Could anyone please comment on the dishes mentioned in the subject of this
message from a paleodiet perspective. They constitute the only deviations I
ever make from my paleo diet plan. When I eat chicken-kebab I usually have
a mix of rice and french-fries with tomato sauce only, regarding sushi I
tend to eat rather large portions of about 25 pieces. I know how this food
deviates from the diet, I can even feel how the chicken-kebab really
exposes my heart of great burdon. However I don't know more than by my
subjective experience of eating it, how the food in question could be made
acceptable from a paleodiet point of view.
