Hi Ashley,
I also read
>somewhere that birth among modern hunter-gatherer women is painless
>but I can't find anything to support that either.
Tracey, a paleofriend of mine, had a painless waterbirth eating paleo. It
was so wonderful that she announced a day later that she could have 'a
million more'.
Again, we can go back to the Bible in Eden. When Adam and Eve were tossed
out of the Garden, Jehovah spoke:
(Genesis 3:16) 16 To the woman he said: "I shall greatly increase the pain
of your pregnancy; in birth pangs you will bring forth children, . . .
As we journey back to Eden and are eating the food He provided, we are
seeing miraculous results.
People say to me, "It seems unbelievable" that diet alone can heal.
Back then and in existing tribes around the world, people live(d) a long
time. How long can we extend our lives eating the Right Stuff? And how long
will our children live if we start them out right? Hmmm.
Paleobest,
Susan
