I'm a 56-year old female, and was eating a lot of protein previously,
maybe a pound at once each evening, and neither losing nor gaining.
Right now, I have cut protein portion size, increased fat (already
generous), and eat less in the evenings. I try not to eat meals, but
just go grab a few bites when I am hungry. The frequency of hunger
seems no greater than when I was eating more, and I am definitely
slowly losing a bit more fat.
