Hi Sandy!
Yes, I have a friend whose grandma is eighty-something, and they tested her after one year on the cream and I believe there was a 5% increase (I would have to ask her again about the exact number) in bone density. Another friend of mine also tested with a higher percent after a year, but I can't remember her numbers off-hand. I have heard many other stories, but these are the ones I personally know of.

Paula, natural progesterone cream will build "good" bone, not "fake" bone
like Fosamax, etc., if used regularly. Dr. John Lee's website is a good place to
get information and a list of recommended creams. www.johnleemd.com

Do you know of someone who has tested their bone density before and after the
cream and seen a difference?
Thanks
Sandy
