I read Ray's book and am curious as to what is wrong with milk.
Milk is something that all mammals produce by definition, and it is
edible in its raw form. (just as I drank it when I was a kid). It
does not require cooking to be eaten.
So, then, just what is wrong with it?
Also, whatever we can find that is bad about milk (lactose, or
something else), would it apply to:
1) Butter. I really like butter.
2) Hood Carb countdown milk.
The Hood milk is basically milk with lactose removed. I tried it for
the first time yesterday and like the taste.
Any thoughts?
