The state had been research everything as much as possible - if it can be
proved that some of the teenagers are actually adults, they could lose their
appeal. I think the sect was ready for the raids and we are now seeing the
results of planning and careful legal preparation.

The State will appeal the appellate ruling to the TX Supreme Court, I
betcha. They have nine days to get ready.
