Interesting "paleo diet" article in T-Nation (a bodybuilding site).

I am having trouble resolving who the authors are characterizing as
"paleo-faddists". And who do you suppose postulates that carbs "didn't
exist" in the paleolithic? (Jim, you've probably seen this).
