Beau Jo's Pizza in the Denver area should now have crusts made by Monica
at Deby's GF bakery and cafe. (www.debysglutenfree.net) Monica puts the
crust into a tin and Beau Jo's adds the toppings and bakes them in the
restaurants. I haven't been yet, but it was announced at the Denver CSA
board meeting recently that BJ's should be geared up now. They have a
kick-off at one of their stores in Lakewood (?) I think next Tuesday.
If you want to go to the kick off, call ahead because seating is limited.

On their website:
http://www.beaujos.com/guiltfree.html

under the guilt free guide is the gluten free menu which lists the
appetizers, salad bar items and pizza toppings available for gluten free
dining. I tried to cut and paste from the downloadable PDF file, but
couldn't. I had queried the website because I couldn't find the GF menu
and when the rep called my dh today, she told him where it was and also
that if the store was franchised (only three in our area, my dh thought
Parker was one of them), they would not have the gluten free crusts
available.

Eat up!
