Hi again! I wanted to resend the High Fiber Jam recipe (and a couple of others). Many of you have emailed me saying it didn't go through. So here it is! And thank you for the great feedback! Jasmine in Chicago, IL
High Fiber Jam
Here is a high fiber jam that one can make and keep in the fridge and eat with GF toast or GF crackers. Eaten daily, this can help provide the fiber one needs to reduce constipation.
half cup applesauce
half cup of cooked dates/prunes/apricots (either/or, but not all)
half cup grounded flax seeds (was changed from all bran)
½ tsp., or less, of cinnamon to taste (which also helps with incontinence and maintaining blood sugar levels)
Use 1 tsp. at a time, it will be a jam consistency. Drink plenty of water!!!

High Fiber Shake
six oz of orange juice (or grapefruit juice)
two Tablespoon of POM or prune juice
one tsp of pysillium husk powder or grounded flax seed
Shake up and drink fast
Cranberry Fiber Drink
This recipe is from the book, The Fat Flush Plan
four oz of unsweetened cranberry juice (Knudson's brand)
28 oz of water
Mix together
Take eight oz of the cranberry drink mix and mix with one tsp of pysillium husk powder. Drink mixture upon rising and before bedtime.
This is not the best tasting stuff either, it is a shock to drink unsweetened cranberry juice, but it sure helps with elimination and the lymphatic system.
