This isn't a dietary fix, but I can tell you what I use for that. I used to get all kinds of facial hair, too, and mine was hormone-related. Now I use a natural progesterone cream, which is also good for the skin, although I don't know if it addresses the oiliness or not. Go to www.johnleemd.com It will tell you all about the cream. He doesn't sell the cream on his site, just books, but he gives a list of the creams he thinks are good. For the oiliness, I would find a good, natural, botanical line of skin care. I could tell you what I use that works great, but since I now sell it, that wouldn't be too kosher on here! You can email me privately if you wish. But do check out the site on the progesterone. That stuff works WONDERS!!

My skin and hair are very oily, and I have extra
facial hair that I have to pluck. I take a
contraceptive that improves these problems but am
going off of it. I'm guessing these problems are
hormonally related, but don't know what I could change
in my diet to help. I haven't eaten sugar for several
years. I do eat rice, potatoes and oatmeal on a
regular basis, but no dairy. Anyone have any dietary
suggestions or ideas about what could improve this?
