Hi All

Does anyone know what kind of a role the antioxidants play in a paleo diet or generally. There is so much talk about those and about free radicals. Fruits and green vegetables should be rich on antioxidants. What about eskimos and people living in tundra. They hardly had those vegetables nor fruits and
they did great. Is that only a sort of a trick to get people consume more fruits and veggies in other words carbs. That is true that people on long ship trips were suffering of vit. C brist. How did the originals solved the problem.
