Short answer.  Cordain is wrong when it comes to fat ratios.  His whole
carcass analyses of rocky mountain elk, upon which he bases his theory,
didn't take into account that that man didn't consume whole carcasses. 
Saturated fat was eaten preferentially and lean mean was thrown to the
dogs.
