Not in the least.  Unless you just want to see what
ridiculous ideas people can invent, don't bother.

The books I would recommend, for a different
perspective on paleo, are Loren Cordain's Paleo Diet,
and Mary and Michael Eades' Protein Power Lifeplan.  I
don't agree with everything in any of these books, but
they all have useful information and ideas which may
make sense to you.
