I remember reading somewhere that people with extreme cases of Celiac will
react to very small amounts of gluten. If the meat you eat has been gain fed
then there is a possibility that you are reacting to the gluten proteins
that can make their way into the meat. Sticking to pure-grass fed beef might
help. It is nearly impossible to find chicken or eggs from chickens that
where raised without wheat so avoiding chicken and eggs might help as well.
