Stick to meats (chicken, beef, pork, wild boar, ostrich, buffalo, etc.),
eggs, veggies (no green beans, corn, or peas - they are not veggies),
healthy oils (olive, flax seed, coconut, grapeseed, etc.), fruits, and nuts
and seeds (no peanuts or cashews).
Avoid dairy, legumes, caffeine (green tea is ok), alcohol, and sugar
(natural or artificial). I believe some honey is acceptable.
If in doubt, question if you could eat it raw. If so, you're ok.
