I have not. Thee is such a huge variety of fruits and vegetables for the
pleasure of my taste buds and dozens of ways to prepare meats.

Usually, for me, when nothing paleo sounds good or I crave a nonpaleo food
it is a hormonal thing for me - I can practically predict the days on my
calendar this will happen!

My question, do people tend to experience a "burnout" of sorts after a while
on paleo, and if so, what are your coping strategies? Do you get bored with
foods?
