Here's another idea for "cheese" go to roads end organics on the interrnet
they make a product called mac n chreese. my boys who are anaphylactic to
milk love it so do the neighborhood kids who aren't milk allergic. a few
yrs back they started offereing the "chreese" in bulk use the mozerella and
you can make it, then freeze it and shred for pizza its great...... we live
on that stuff reasonably priced too.
