Sidebeh, thanks for your message.  Like you, I do not know Birago nor have I 
spoken to him/her.  I started getting messages from him within the last two 
months or so.  After the last mail that he/she indicated that he is not on 
GL or GPost, I went ahead and ask for him/her to be subscribed, this way his 
mails will go directly to all without using pass throughs.  I concur with 
you that he/she must come out and speak his mind to be taken seriously.
