For those of you who are sending messages with all the html stuff in it, if 
you use outlook express, go to the tools menu by doing an alt-t, arrow up 
once to "options press "enter, then do shift-tab, right arrow three time to 
"send". tab down six times to "reply to message in format in which they were 
sent". Make sure this is unchecked.
Now, you can tab down to "OK' click on it and you should be set.
