as you know i started taking flax seed oil a couple of
months ago. i started taking it as a natural anti
imflamitory since i can't take anti im,flamitories. i
can't take advil or aleve or.....
can't say that the flax seed oil has helped the pain
as much as i hoped, but... i got a report from my
regular blood test and my colestorol was down enough
to cut my colestorol med dose in half. the only thing
i know that was different was the flax seed oil. so it
has been positive in a surprise way.
