Hi Rayna,

Only guessing, but it is likely to be Google are suffering a "Denial of
Service" attack from someone on the same ISP as you. A common defence against
a DoS attack is to block all access from the subnet the attack is coming from
(which in this case includes you). It is highly unlikely the attack is coming
from your machine, it will be Windoze machines which have been converted to
attack drones by viruses operating on the same subnet.
