Hi Steve;
I ordered a battery from them and it wouldn't make contact correctly with my
ICOM W32A.
When I contacted Batteries America, they told me that they would refund my
money when I returned the battery.
I told them I wanted another battery but she said she couldn't exchange a
battery every time one didn't work right so, I sent the charger back as well
and obtained a complete refund.
