Nope, I mean put the wire on the top terminal on the bottom and bottom one 
on the top, should still be the far terminals toward the mic cord and all of 
the hookup to the radio but just reverse the 2 wires I mentioned and that 
should fix it.

YOu mean take the wire going from the radio's speaker out
and totally swithc it to the other set of terminals?
Just making sure I'm clear here.
