How do you all interpret the role of food fat? Taubes states that a major 
mistake was made in assuming that intake of fat in foods translates to body 
fat and that is wrong. Body fat/adipose tissue is created by biochemical 
processes and increases are caused by elevated levels of insulin.
Cordain does not list lamb as a meat to eat and waves us off fatty meats. My 
own reasons for being on the Paleo diet is not weight loss, so I eat the fat 
I want, but I wonder if the meat fat = body fat equation is part of the 
Paleo conception of dietary factors in weight gain.
